Most trays and burners weigh between 1.5 and 2.5 kg, so a single piece is 6.000 to the Gulf, or 13.000 to 16.500 to the UK and the USA. Stone is heavy and we would rather you saw the number here than at the checkout. The exact figure is worked out at the checkout before you pay.
Customs
Duty is not included in the shipping price.
Some countries charge import duty or tax when the parcel arrives, including a few inside the Gulf. The courier collects it at the door from whoever takes the parcel.
The amount is set by your country, not by us, so we cannot quote it or pay it on your behalf.
Lead time
Most pieces are cut after you order them.
That takes about three weeks, order to door. A few are on our shelf in Bahrain and reach you in 2 to 5 days.
Which one a piece is, is written on its own page, under the price.
Everything is insured in transit.
Returns
If it arrives damaged, tell us within five days.
Email info@formebh.com with your order details and photographs of the damage. The piece comes back unused and in its original packaging, and the refund goes to the card you paid with.
No two blocks of stone are alike, so the colour and the veining move from piece to piece. That is the material doing what it does, not a fault.
The Eterna Vase ships inside Bahrain only. Anywhere not listed above, ask us and we will quote it.
