Refund policy

Refunds are for pieces that arrive damaged or defective.

Tell us within 5 days of receiving your order. Send your order number and photographs of the damage to info@formebh.com.

The piece comes back unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the client. Once it reaches us, the refund goes to the original payment method.

We do not refund a change of mind. This includes bespoke, which is cut for one client and cannot be resold.

No two blocks of stone are alike, so colour and veining move from piece to piece. That is the material, not a fault.
